Enrollment Schedule:
Starts at June 1, 2020 until June 30, 2020
Requirements for Grade 11:
- Good Moral Certificate
- Form 137/Report Card
- Enrollment fee 500
Requirements for Grade 12:
- All Grade 12 students are automatically enrolled unless to those who has pending unresolved issues
- Enrollment fee 500
How to pay the enrollment fee?
- You can pay through Palawan Express or you can pay at the school (Operation hours: 8 am to 12 noon).
How to pass the requirements?
- Requirements will be passed through online or the school.
How to pass the requirements through online?
- Scan the requirements or Take a picture of it (It must be CLEAR) and sent it to Melbert Toledo through email or messenger
Note:
- If you can refer 2 students you won't have to pay the enrollment fee. Make sure that those 2 referred students are completely enrolled at SPM academy of not then it is not counted.
- To those students who has still pending payments on previous accounts, you cannot be enrolled unless those payments are fully paid.
Classes will be done through Online (Until the vaccine is available):
- Modules will be sent upon starting of classes by your assigned instructor.
- Students are required to have gadgets fitted for online classes (Phone, Laptop or Personal Computer).
- All activities will be pass through online could be on messenger, email or depending to your instructor.
Do we have to wear our uniform while doing online class?
- No, common sense just wear appropriate or presentable clothes.
For Students who does not have any Internet at home:
- Module handouts will be provided to those particular students.
