In light of the recent devastation brought by Typhoon Tino, the College of Allied Medical Sciences will be distributing 100 relief packs each to affected families in Brgy. Cotcot, Liloan and Brgy. Laray, Consolacion this November 8, 2025.
This initiative was made possible through the remaining funds from our previous CAMS Relief Drive for the earthquake victims, along with the collective donations and generosity of our beloved faculty members.
Together, letโs continue to uphold compassion and solidarity โ because at CAMS, we care. ๐

The College of Allied Medical Sciences - Department of Medical Technology Student Body Organization knocks on your hearts to extend a helping hand to the students who were affected by recent typhoon Tino.
Gathering in-kind or monetary donations for the CDUCians affected by the onslaught of the recent typhoon.
All proceeds will be merged with the donation efforts of CAMS and allocated to students who were badly displaced and whose state remain uncertain due to the remnants left by Typhoon Tino.

RE: USAGE OF THE UNIVERSITY LIBRARY WHILE SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IS ONGOING
Good day, Level 1, 2, and 3 students.
The department has received your concern regarding the requirement to wear the complete school uniform when using the LRC. This issue was brought to our attention by your council president, Ms. Rhonna Mae Ocampo.
In response, the department contacted the LRC today to clarify the matter with the office head. Please take note of the following updated instructions:
1. Students are allowed to enter and use the LRC facilities in civilian attire as long as it adheres to the University's official and accepted dress code.
2. A validated student ID for the current semester is required upon entry.
We kindly ask that you follow these instructions if you plan to use the LRC this week.

| POST-QUAKE UPDATE
Following the earthquake that occurred earlier today, initial assessments by our in-house civil engineers report no damages within campus facilities, including the dormitory. All students, employees, and dormers are safe and accounted for.
In consideration of the well-being of all employees, work is suspended tomorrow, Saturday, October 11, 2025. Please note that the University will remain closed over the weekend.
Stay tuned to CDUโs official channels for verified updates regarding University operations on Monday.
We extend our gratitude to everyone for remaining calm and cooperative throughout the situation. Repair and maintenance work are ongoing following the earlier earthquake. Cebu Doctorsโ University assures the community that safety and care remain our utmost priorities.

ANNOUNCEMENT ๐ฃ
In consideration of students who are ready to attend the scheduled face-to-face class activities as well as those who requested to have online/asynchronous classes as announced by the university, the College of Allied Medical Sciences will proceed with the necessary face-to-face exams and lab classes as scheduled. Students unable to attend will be excused and given makeup exams and activities.
We hope for your understanding as we strive to balance compassion, fairness and academic continuity for everyone concerned. Meanwhile, lecture classes will be delivered either online or asynchronous using CeLo.

In light of the recent earthquake that struck the Northern part of Cebu, we are reaching out to kind hearts for monetary or in-kind donations to send help to those affected.
Your generosity can help provide food supplies, clean water, hygiene kits and basic medicine kits to those who need it the most during these times. These are just basic essentials that can greatly bring comfort and relief to affected families. We will also be allocating a portion of your donations to those students seeking shelter in the campus dormitories and CDU shed.

The Department of Medical Technology proudly held its first annual search for MS. MEDTECH 2025 ๐, a celebration of confidence and commitment to the ideals of Medical Technology.
The competition featured several categories, including - Production Number, Sportswear, Evening Gown, and Best Concept Theme, each highlighting the unique strengths and creativity of the candidates.
After a night of remarkable performances and displays of grace, Ms. Pretty Jane Aguanza was crowned Ms. MEDTECH 2025. Her poise, intelligence, and captivating stage presence distinguished her among the 7 outstanding candidates, making her a truly deserving titleholder.
The student council extends its warmest congratulations to all the candidates whose unwavering spirit made this yearโs competition truly remarkable.
The Acquaintance Celebration was a resounding success, bringing together students, faculty, and supporters in recognition of the talent and brilliance within the Medical Technology program ๐.
