𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑚𝑒: “𝐺𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑜𝑛 𝑃𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑙𝑒, 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑃𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒.”

𝙻𝚊𝚜𝚝 𝙹𝚞𝚕𝚢 15, 2026, the 𝐵𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝐸𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 (𝐵𝐸𝐸𝐷) 𝐹𝑟𝑒𝑠ℎ𝑚𝑒𝑛’𝑠 𝐺𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝑂𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 officially welcomed our incoming first-year students as they began their journey at Mandaue City College.

The orientation began with a warm welcome for all BEED freshmen, followed by the introduction of the College Administrator, the School of Education faculty members, and their instructors. The newly elected UNIED officers were also introduced, giving the students a chance to get to know the organization that will represent and support them throughout their academic journey.

The program also included a discussion of the UNIED Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), helping the freshmen better understand the organization's mission, vision, and core values. In addition, our BEED Adviser, Mr. Joseph Arnold C. Baunsit, provided a comprehensive discussion on the grading system and the BEED prospectus, giving students a clearer understanding of their academic path and expectations.

The Freshmen's General Orientation isn’t just a starting line. It’s the first chapter. Now, these students are ready to take on the next few years—eager, a little nervous, but mostly excited to grow into the kind of educators we need.

𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐓𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

𝙻𝚊𝚜𝚝 𝙹𝚞𝚕𝚢 𝟷𝟺, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟼, Mandaue City College successfully hosted Panagtapok 2026 at the Student Lounge, warmly welcoming our freshmen, returnees, transferees and continuing students as they begin or continue their academic journey at MCC.

The second day of the event served as a meaningful gathering where students came together as one MCC community—ready to embrace new opportunities, strengthen connections, and continue their journey of growth and learning.

👀ᏝᎧᎧᏦ: Today marked the beginning of a new chapter for our first-year students as they participated in the Freshmen's General Orientation, where they were introduced to the college, its vision, mission, core values, and student services.

Afterward, they explored the campus through a Campus Tour, giving them the opportunity to become familiar with the different facilities and learning spaces that will soon become part of their daily lives.

To wrap up the day, our BEED freshmen attended the Departmental Orientation, where they were introduced to the department, met the mother and baby organizations, and learned more about the exciting journey that awaits them as future educators.

Welcome to the BEED family! May this be the start of an inspiring, meaningful, and successful college experience.📚💚

As part of the platform initiated by our former UNIED Vice President, Mr. Andio Trillanes, we encourage all students to donate their pre-loved school uniforms that are still in good condition. Your donation can help incoming students lessen their expenses and begin the school year with confidence.

If you prefer not to donate, you may also sell your school uniform through this initiative at an affordable price of below ₱1,000.
