Face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools in Mandaue City, are suspended on Monday, November 24, due to the inclement weather and heavy rainfall brought by an incoming Low-Pressure Area (LPA) as forecast by Pagasa.

All public schools shall temporarily shift to Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM), while private schools are encouraged to adopt ADM or arrange make-up classes as needed.

Mandaue City’s Quick Response Team and all Barangay Emergency Response Teams are on heightened alert for possible pre-emptive evacuations, especially for households near the Butuanon and Mahiga Rivers.
