FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CELEBRATION HELD
AT ROBINLAND RESIDENCES S.Y. 2025-2026

With grateful hearts and joyful spirits, the students of St. John Paul II Cognition School celebrated a very special milestone in their spiritual journey as they received their First Holy Communion.

The celebration began with the Sacrament of Confession, where the students humbly asked for God’s mercy and forgiveness. Through repentance, they prepared their hearts to receive Jesus worthily in the Holy Eucharist. After receiving Holy Communion, the students offered prayers of gratitude, thanking God for the gift of His presence in their lives.

During the Mass, Rev. Fr. Adrian reflected on the beautiful parable of the Prodigal Son, reminding everyone of God’s boundless mercy and love. The message highlighted the acronym CHRIST, guiding the students on how to live their faith each day:

C – Commemorate: We remember and celebrate the love of Jesus, especially through the Holy Eucharist.
H – Holy: We are called to live holy lives by choosing what is good and pleasing to God.
R – Repentance: Like the prodigal son, we are reminded that whenever we fall into sin, we can always return to God who lovingly forgives us.
I – Identity: We are children of God, loved and welcomed in His family.
S – Sacrifice: Jesus showed the greatest sacrifice for us, and we are called to show love and kindness to others.
T – Thanksgiving: After receiving Jesus in the Eucharist, we offer our prayers of thanksgiving for His endless grace and blessings.

May this sacred occasion always remind our young communicants that God’s love is constant and His mercy is always ready to welcome us home. May they continue to grow in faith, love, and gratitude as they walk with Christ.

Thank you so much to our mass presider and homilist, Rev. Fr. Adrian Louie Z. Atonducan from CICM (Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary) .🙏❤️

Congratulations to our First Communicants, their families, and the whole St. John Paul II Cognition School community on this blessed celebration. 🤍🙏
