Kinatawan ng Mandaon si Marjorie Furing Estrella mula sa Brgy. Looc, Mandaon, Masbate, isang Grade 10 learner ng San Pablo National High School. Kasama niya sa nasabing aktibidad ang kanyang Municipal Link, Ma'am Trisha Opeña .

Isinagawa ang programa sa Cowboy’s Events Place, Brgy. Nursery, Masbate City, kung saan tampok ang iba't ibang kwento, talento, at natatanging katangian ng mga batang Pantawid na nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa kanilang kapwa kabataan. 🌱💫
