𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐨 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐈𝐒 successfully conducted a 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑮𝑨𝑫) 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒔, 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 on December 12, 2025, at Zellyne Beach Resort and Farm Adventure.

Through engaging lectures and group activities, the teachers reflected on real classroom situations, identified gender-related issues, and developed practical strategies to promote inclusivity, equity, and responsiveness in teaching and learning processes. The activity was both educational and engaging, leaving the teachers more empowered, motivated, and equipped to apply GAD principles in their respective roles and classrooms.
