Last Wednesday, April 30, 2025, students from various faculties and departments actively participated in the insightful program, "FOMO: Setting Healthy Habits and Boundaries in the Hyper-connected World." The event was held at the RTU Student Center. The session thoroughly explored practical strategies for establishing healthy habits and boundaries in today's digitally driven world.

This impactful program was presented by Every Nation Campus RTU in collaboration with the Rizal Technological University Student and Alumni Affairs Services Unit under the dedicated leadership of Instr. Girllie Ann R. Garcia

The university was honored to have Mr. Carlo Arribe, the esteemed Vice President of Advanced Learning Programs (ALPS) – a distinguished organization of trainers – as the resource speaker who expertly guided the attendees through setting healthy habits and boundaries in this modern era.
