📢 ADVISORY | ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODE

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, APDM will implement an alternative learning mode today, September 10, 2026, due to the continued heavy rainfall brought about by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Online synchronous classes will be conducted for all grade levels. Asynchronous learning activities will also be provided for students who are unable to attend the synchronous sessions.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievement of our student, Noah Markus D. Solis!

Noah was recognized yesterday, August 3, as 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲'𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬, a testament to his hard work, discipline, and dedication to the sport.

What a beautiful way to begin a new school year!
