PEA just pulled off an EPIC Learning Fest with the ’s signature workshop “It’s Time: Energy” for Grade 11 and 12 students at La Salle Green Hills Alternative Education. And wow, what a crowd! 🙌
The energy in BDC was through the roof! Students were jumping, dancing, and squealing with excitement, all while Ms. Joey Tayaban guided them through M.E.: (Mastering Energy and Managing Emotions). 💥
It wasn’t just a workshop. It was a full-on experience, showing students energy-boosting techniques and how to manage their emotions for a successful and empowered life.
It was just unfortunate that time was limited, but at least Ms. Joey squeezed what was supposed to be a 3-hour workshop into less than an hour, and the students still learned so much!
Special thanks to Sir Laviňa, all the Coordinators and faculty present, and the invaluable assistance of sir Rey’s trusted staff, especially Ms. Beidet Doroya.. 🙏
We hope the students will follow through on their learning and continue to apply these energy and emotion techniques in their daily lives. 🌟 !

La Salle Green Hills will be on Christmas break from December 13, 2025 to January 4, 2026.
Classes for Senior High School and Alternative Education, as well as office operations, will resume on January 5, while Preschool to Grade 10 classes will resume on January 7.
