SAFETY OFFICER (For Bulacan)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Nursing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Must be willing to work in Bulacan (Plant Based).
At least 2 years work experience as a Safety Officer in a plant operation or environment.
Must have knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Assurance (OSHA) requirement and documentation
With BOSH and First Aid Training
Required skill(s): computer literate, organized, keen to details, good oral and written English communications, and proficient in report preparation.
Promote occupational health and safety within an organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working
Ensure that workplaces conform with organizational procedures and safety standards
Work with engineers and other professionals to ensure the safety of worksites and work practices
Ensure organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace activities and the use of its terminal, equipment and substances
Record and report hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues within the workplace
Assist with the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action
Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation
Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of occupational health and safety programs
Develop occupational health and safety systems, including policies, procedures and manuals

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (FOR BULACAN AREA)
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Adept computer knowledge, Oral, Written, Communication, Strategic, Leadership
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
Can work under minimum supervision
Can contribute ideas in the improvement of process
With good written and oral English communication skills
Confident and adept in presentation/reporting
Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT and on weekends , if required.
