2. Maintain a general weighted average of at least 2.50 with no failing grades.

3. The program is not open to athletes, cooperative education students, or those already employed.

4. First to fourth-year students may apply for the STAIRS program, with first-year students having completed at least one semester at the university.
Applicants should have no major offenses on record.

5. Must submit a Parental/Guardian consent form, unless exempted due to exceptional circumstances.

1. Must be an undergraduate student of Rizal Technological University enrolled in at least twelve (12) units and, at most, twenty-four (24) units to qualify for application/renewal.
2. Must have garnered and maintained a general weighted average of at least 2.50 with no failing grades.
3. The program is not open to athletes, cooperative education students, or those who are already working.
