1. Must be an undergraduate student of Rizal Technological University with a minimum enrollment of twelve (12) units and a maximum of twenty-four (24) units for application/renewal.

2. Maintain a general weighted average of at least 2.50 with no failing grades.

3. The program is not open to athletes, cooperative education students, or those already employed.

4. First to fourth-year students may apply for the STAIRS program, with first-year students having completed at least one semester at the university.
Applicants should have no major offenses on record.

5. Must submit a Parental/Guardian consent form, unless exempted due to exceptional circumstances.

This program offers students the unique opportunity to develop skills while serving in various university offices. Student Assistants will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their assigned departments. They will receive a corresponding allowance of Php 45.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours of service per week.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. Must be an undergraduate student of Rizal Technological University enrolled in at least twelve (12) units and, at most, twenty-four (24) units to qualify for application/renewal.
