On December 16 1976, Jose Rizal University was recognized in the National Council of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines with the chapter name of Delta Eta. Alpha Phi Omega encourages its members to grow as individuals, develop leadership skills, forge meaningful friendships, and make a positive difference through service to others. The organization operates on the principles of leadership, friendship, and service, and its members strive to live out these values in their daily lives.
