Joint CHED-MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 01-2019 ANNEX B Section 3 General Requirements 3.3 MHEIs shall ensure that the Onboard Training (OBT) shall be enrolled before the commencement of the seagoing service. Students who may not have enrolled the OBT prior to embarkation can still enroll, however, the OBT shall be counted only from the date of cadet enrollment.
Prior-Embarkation must report at Onboard Training Office for proper instruction and guidance.
