1. The exam will be available for only 30 minutes so make sure you make yourself available by 2:30pm-3:00pm on FRIDAY.

2. Please register with your first name, surname and school as your username. Incomplete details will make it hard for me to record your scores.

3. You can only take the online exam ONCE. I will be able to monitor the number of attempts through the app. If you take the exam more than once, I will record the LOWER/LOWEST score.

All outside rotations have been suspended until April 15 as per CHED memo and advisory from the different affiliate hospitals.

For those on duty on March 15, 2020 we will await further announcements whether you will still go on duty at NCMH (your memos inclusive dates are only until March 14 as of the moment).

CGH and AMCM will not report for duty anymore.

Only those from CGH will report at NCMH starting tomorrow. Please stay in your respective posts. Please update me ASAP if your school/hospital declares pullout of interns as well.

To ALL March 1-15, 2020 rotators:

Please accomplish your clearance forms PRIOR to submitting them to me. You can also pass your accomplished clearance forms to your ER SHO prior to going home from your duty. Please make sure all the boxes had been signed, then take a picture of your clearance forms before submitting them.
