Ipinagmamalaki ng Legislative Committee on Gender Development and Sexual Health (LCGDSH) ang pagkilala sa lahat ng naglaan ng kanilang oras, pagsisikap, at dedikasyon upang maging matagumpay at makabuluhan ang pagdiriwang.

Isang taos-pusong pagbati mula sa Lehislatibong Komite sa Pagpapaunlad ng Kasarian at Kalusugang Sekswal (LCGDSH) kina 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙚, 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙤 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙚 at 𝙈𝙧. 𝙅𝙚𝙝𝙪 𝙁. 𝙁𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚, 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙩-𝙔𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙚, sa matagumpay nilang pagtatapos sa Rizal Technological University.

Ang inyong pagtatapos ay hindi lamang bunga ng sipag at tiyaga, kundi patunay rin ng inyong tapat na paglilingkod sa kapwa at sa pamayanang Rizaliano. Habang tinatanggap ninyo ang bunga ng inyong mga pinaghirapan, dala rin ninyo ang mga aral, karanasan, at adhikaing magsisilbing gabay sa inyong susunod na paglalakbay.

Nawa'y manatiling buhay ang diwa ng paglilingkod, pagkakapantay-pantay, at inklusibidad na inyong isinulong. Ang inyong mga tagumpay ay magsilbing inspirasyon sa mga susunod pang henerasyon ng mga lider-estudyante na mangarap, kumilos, at maglingkod nang may integridad at malasakit.

Mula sa buong Lehislatibong Komite sa Pagpapaunlad ng Kasarian at Kalusugang Sekswal (LCGDSH), taos-puso kaming nagpupugay at nagpapasalamat sa inyong naging ambag sa ating komunidad.

Mabuhay ang mga bagong gradwadong Rizaliano! Patuloy na magningning, patuloy na maglingkod, at patuloy na ipaglaban ang isang lipunang ligtas, inklusibo, at makatarungan. 🎓🌈

The Legislative Committee on Gender Development and Sexual Health (LCGDSH) is pleased to share an important update regarding our request for the recognition of chosen names during the 55th Commencement Exercises of Rizal Technological University.

After our formal request and continuous coordination, we are grateful to inform everyone that the Executive Committee for the 55th Graduation has approved the use of chosen names on the graduation screen display during the ceremony.

As clarified by the Executive Committee, the official diploma name will still be read and reflected in accordance with existing university records and legal documentation. However, the chosen name submitted by the graduate will be displayed on the screen during their graduation.

While this may not yet be the full realization of our advocacy, it is a meaningful step toward a more inclusive and affirming graduation experience for transgender and gender-diverse students.

The LCGDSH remains hopeful that in the succeeding years, Rizal Technological University will continue to strengthen its commitment to inclusivity—where every Rizalianos is recognized and celebrated with dignity, respect, and authenticity.

This milestone reminds us that meaningful change happens through continuous dialogue, advocacy, and collective action. We thank everyone who supported this initiative and remain committed to advancing policies that foster equality and inclusion within our university community.

Nakiisa at dumalo ang mga kinatawan ng Legislative Committee on Gender Development and Sexual Health (LCGDSH) sa opisyal na paglulunsad ng Right to Care (RTC) Card ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Mandaluyong, katuwang ang Gender and Development Department, ngayong ika-22 ng Hunyo 2026 bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng Pride Month.

Ang Right to Care Card ay alinsunod sa City Ordinance No. 1048, S-2026 o ang “Mandaluyong City Health Care Proxy Ordinance of 2026,” na nagbibigay ng karapatan sa mga LGBTQIA+ partners at common-law spouses na kumatawan at magdesisyon para sa isa’t isa sa mga usaping medikal at pangkalusugan. Kabilang dito ang pagbibigay ng pahintulot sa medical treatment, pag-access sa impormasyon ng pasyente, at iba pang kaugnay na serbisyong pangkalusugan.

Bilang komiteng nagsusulong ng gender development, sexual health, inclusivity, at pantay na karapatan para sa lahat, ikinararangal ng LCGDSH na maging bahagi ng makasaysayang okasyong ito. Ang paglulunsad ng Right to Care Card ay isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa mas inklusibo at makataong sistema ng pangangalagang pangkalusugan, kung saan kinikilala at iginagalang ang iba’t ibang anyo ng pamilya at relasyon.

Patuloy na nakikiisa ang LCGDSH sa pagsusulong ng mga polisiya at programang nagtataguyod ng dignidad, pagkakapantay-pantay, at karapatang pantao para sa lahat.

MAHALAGANG PAALALA:

Hintayin ang opisyal na anunsyo mula sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Mandaluyong hinggil sa iskedyul at proseso ng pagpaparehistro para sa Right to Care Card.
