This year’s theme is #𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬, which underscores the inherent or natural and important role that space science and technology applications (SSTA) play in building a modern, peaceful, resilient, and prosperous Philippines. It responds to the call of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. for national transformation that serves the people.

The annual observance aims to promote space awareness, highlights the contribution of Filipinos worldwide in the field of space science, and espouses the value, benefits, and impacts of SSTA on the lives of Filipinos.
