PICPA Southern Metro Manila Chapter - SMMC in partnership with PAMA Foundation and PICPA NMMC joined the Gift Giving Project in Antipolo at the Tahanan Sta. Lucia, a crisis intervention center for street girls. Sacks of rice and other grocery items were donated by PAMA Foundation, PICPA SMMC and PICPA NMMC to Tahanan Sta. Lucia.

Our team is represented by our Social Involvement Commitee led by Chair Myda Rafael and our SMMC secretariat Ms. Pen Carin.

In his article, he echoes the sentiments of Dr DJ Darwin Bandoy of Project NOAH on his warnings about the possible “Godzilla” El Niño. It is a reminder that climate risks are no longer future concerns. They are challenges that the government and businesses must prepare for today.

It is Pres. Yusoph's hope that our government will act with urgency as the country faces the potential severe impacts of a "Godzilla" El Niño in the next six (6) months.. 🙏

The warnings about the possible “Godzilla” El Niño serve as a reminder that climate risks are no longer future concerns. They are challenges that the government, communities, and businesses must prepare for today.
