The Chapter held its 1st Board of Directors Meeting, presided over by Chapter President Mr. Yusoph Maute, on July 30, 2026 at the Punongbayan & Araullo (P&A) Office, 20th Floor, Tower 1, The Enterprise Center, 6766 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

The Board received committee reports on Membership, Professional Development, Accountancy Week Celebration, and Finance, and reviewed the proposed Chapter Budget for the fiscal year. An update on the GARCA Scorecard was also presented to assess the chapter's performance and progress toward its strategic targets. The meeting concluded with the Board reaffirming its commitment to effectively implement the chapter's programs and initiatives for the benefit of its members.
