THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

ARTICLE XX - THE COLLEGE AND INSTITUTE STUDENT COUNCILS

SECTION 1. There shall be a Student Council for every College or Institute in every campus or branch of RTU whose members come from the same college or institute. They are herein referred to as CISC.

SECTION 2. The CISC shall have supervisory power over the activities and projects of the Academic Campus Student Organizations within their College or Institute.

SECTION 3. The CISC shall be permitted to issue its own newsletter for the accomplishment report, financial statement and other relevant information about the CISC. Such newsletter shall be released every end of the term.
