In a dedicated effort to strengthen their commitment to gender empowerment and development, members of the RTU Gender and Development Center (GSDC) recently convened for a crucial meeting last November 16, 2023. The gathering aimed to discuss and strategize the remaining plans, projects, and initiatives for the year, emphasizing key areas such as organizational structure, the establishment of an office for anti-sexual harassment, gender sensitivity training, and the ongoing campaign to end violence against women (VAW).

The meeting encapsulated the collaborative and forward-thinking ethos of RTU GSDC, where diverse perspectives converged to shape a comprehensive strategy for the remaining year. As the center continues its tireless efforts to empower individuals and promote gender equality, this meeting served as a pivotal moment in charting the course for impactful initiatives that resonate with the goals of RTU GSDC.
