🌱 I never imagined that I would one day find myself in the teaching profession.
But looking back, perhaps it was already part of my roots—the Floresta family has always been closely connected with teachers and education. 📚
The story of Pass-First Review did not begin with a grand business plan.
It started with Facebook rants. 📱
After the REBLEX examination, many examinees complained about the long and difficult situational questions. Hindi na sapat ang simpleng memorization. The questions required judgment, analysis, and practical understanding of situations that real estate professionals actually encounter in the field.
That made me think:
💭 If REALEX would also become more situational, who would be in the best position to teach it?
My answer was simple:
👷♂️ Practitioners who have actually experienced the work.
Situational questions cannot be taught effectively through theories alone. They must be explained by professionals who have handled actual properties, clients, reports, negotiations, problems, and difficult decisions.
From that realization, the Pass-First REALEX Review Program was born. 🚀
It was experimental.
We had no perfect system.
Maraming nangyari along the way.
💻 Pumapalpak ang Zoom.
🏢 Nagkakaproblema ang venue.
📅 May schedule adjustments.
⚙️ May technical difficulties.
😅 At marami pang unexpected challenges.
But something more important happened.
❤️ The participants stayed.
They were willing to attend face-to-face sessions on top of the online classes. They travelled, made sacrifices, helped one another, and trusted the process.
The lecturers volunteered their time and shared not only what could be found in books, but also the lessons they learned from years of actual professional practice. 🤝
What began as an experiment eventually produced a remarkable:
🏆 98% passing rate.
But the passing rate is only part of the story.
The greater achievement was the culture we created—a community built on:
🤝 Volunteerism
👥 Camaraderie
📖 Discipline
💚 Trust
🎯 Shared purpose
Pass-First was never designed merely to become another review center.
It was created to bridge the gap between the classroom, the examination, and the realities of professional practice. 🌉
We learned from every failure.
We improved every session.
We listened to our participants.
We strengthened our materials, mock examinations, systems, and teaching methods. 📈
The imperfections became part of our story.
Because Pass-First was not built from perfection.
It was built from experience, persistence, shared sacrifice, and the willingness to keep moving forward. 🔥
Today, what started from Facebook complaints has become a growing movement.
👨🏫 A movement led by practitioners.
🌟 A movement supported by pioneers.
🎓 A movement committed not only to helping examinees pass, but also to preparing them to become competent, ethical, and confident real estate professionals.
This is the Pass-First story. 💚
✨ Experimental in the beginning. Transformational in the end.
🚀 And we are only getting started.
