As the season of joy, gratitude, and togetherness approaches, the Commission on Discipline warmly extends its holiday greetings to the entire student body and all officers. In celebration of the Christmas and New Year holidays, the submission of meeting minutes is temporarily suspended effective immediately. Acceptance of submissions will resume on January 5, 2026. All CSC, CISC, AO, and Non-AO Chairpersons and Presidents are encouraged to organize and compile any pending documentation during the break for submission upon the resumption of office operations, entering the new year prepared, renewed, and ready to serve with purpose.

The Commission on Discipline constituted its 1st Special Meeting to deliberate on pivotal matters under Matters of Information and to undertake a comprehensive appraisal of the Commission’s ongoing undertakings. The assembly engaged in an evaluative discourse on the current trajectory of institutional initiatives and conducted an in-depth examination of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) to ensure precision, coherence, and steadfast alignment with the Commission’s mandate.

The Commission on Discipline convened its 1st Regular Meeting on November 5, 2025 to deliberate on key organizational matters, including the delegation of tasks to designated officers, implementation of special resolutions, review and alignment of sanction policies, and the establishment of working committees to enhance operational efficiency. The meeting reinforced the Commission’s governance framework and set clear directives in support of its disciplinary mandate.
