Following further discussions and negotiations with the concerned authorities, the shift to online classes and the extension of final examinations have been determined to be 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. This is due to the fact that extending the current school year into December is no longer feasible. We apologize for the delayed update.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 has submitted a 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 to the Office of the University President, recommending a 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 tomorrow, 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬-𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, due to the ongoing 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲.

This request is based on data and reports gathered by the RTU Mandaluyong Campus Central Student Council and the RTU - Pasig Campus Central Student Council under the Memorandum released by the RTU Supreme Student Council. These data and information indicate the widespread disruption to student mobility.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 successfully convened its 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 for the Academic Year 2025-2026 on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

The newly constituted groups are the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲. Together, they form the core operational structure dedicated to proactive and principled student representation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 confirms the 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 of the academic leniency request for the period of 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

This approval, granted by the Office of the University President, mandates the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 affected by Supertyphoon Uwan.

The OSR extends its gratitude to the university administration for their swift and compassionate response in prioritizing student welfare during this recovery period.

Rizalianos are advised to coordinate with their respective colleges and professors regarding the new schedules for their academic requirements.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 has formally sent a request to the Office of the University President for the implementation of 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 from 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

This appeal is supported by 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗧𝗨 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗠𝗖𝗖𝗦𝗖), which detail the significant impact of 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝘄𝗮𝗻 on the Rizalianos' academic capacity and well-being.

The request specifically calls for the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to ensure no student is penalized for circumstances beyond their control.

We urge the administration's compassionate consideration of this measure for the welfare of all affected students.
