On September 10, 2026, the RTU Supreme Student Council President, ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ฎ, officially took their oath as the ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ during the Board of Regents meeting presided over by Hon. Commissioner Ricmar P. Aquino.
As the sole representative of the studentry in RTUโs highest decision-making body, Hon. Selda carries the responsibility of advancing the genuine demands, welfare, and democratic rights of the Rizaliano studentry. This mandate entails bringing their concerns and perspectives into institutional deliberations and ensuring that their voices are meaningfully represented in matters concerning the University.
As a new term begins, may the Office of the Student Regent uphold a principled and accountable exercise of representation, grounded in consultation, dialogue, and responsible service. May every voice entrusted to the Office be carried with integrity, responsibility, and due regard.
