The infographics below outlines the step-by-step procedure for the Online Application for Graduation. Submit your envelope to your respective Program Head until 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Enrollment Extension:

January 13, 2026: Irregular 4th and 3rd Year Only.
January 14, 2026: Irregular 2nd Year Only.
January 15, 2026: Irregular 1st Year Only.

Please be informed that the enrollment schedule for the RTU–BSCE Second Semester, AY 2025–2026 has been revised.

This adjustment is due to pending General Education (GE) and Physical Education (PE) block adjustments, which are beyond the control of the department. As such, changes to the previously announced schedule were necessary to ensure proper alignment of subjects and blocks.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this revision may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and consideration as we work to finalize all academic arrangements.

Rizal Technological University (RTU) has achieved a notable breakthrough by securing 65th place among Philippine universities in its first participation in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2025, an internationally recognized assessment framework that evaluates sustainability performance across higher education institutions worldwide. This achievement, led by Associate Professor Donato Estocada, Director of the International Affairs and Linkages Office, represents a significant step forward in the university's commitment to advancing environmental sustainability and institutional accountability.

Rizalianos once again showed the excellence of education in Pandayang Rizalia! With 34 newly licensed Civil Engineers, Rizal Technological University achieved a passing rate of 𝟯𝟳.𝟯𝟲%, surpassing the bar of the national 𝟯𝟬.𝟯𝟵% passing rate!

The University commends this success and recognizes the unwavering commitment of the Civil Engineering Department and the faculty of the College of Engineering. Your tenacity in teaching and eagerness to build the future are a blueprint of success for all Rizalianos!

The Civil Engineering Department successfully delivered its extension service titled “Building a Common Vision to Learn New Ways for Construction and Home Safety, Health, Repair, and Maintenance” for the volunteers and beneficiaries of Habitat for Humanity Philippines – ADHHOPE Homeowners Association, Inc. on November 22, 2025.

This meaningful activity was made possible in collaboration with PICE-CESS (Mandaluyong Main Campus), PICE-ACES (Pasig Branch), and the Extension Department of Rizal Technological University 🙌

The seminar was presented by Engr. Alvin C. Dela Torre and Engr. Joben C. Guevarra, emphasizing the importance of strengthening community knowledge on construction safety, promoting
responsible home maintenance practices, and supporting the development of resilient and sustainable communities 🏠✨

Together, we continue to strengthen our commitment to community development, capacity building, and nation-building through engineering education and service. 🇵🇭💙
