Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) conducted a benchmarking activity with the Rizal Technological University's (RTU) Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration (OVPFA) on October 26, 2023, at the RTU Office of the Presidentโ€™s Conference Room. Nine OVPFA Center Directors from RTU and eight representatives from BPSU participated in this face-to-face activity.

The University Records and Management Office has effectively conveyed our Records Disposition Schedule dated October 12, 2023, encompassing the newly established offices, divisions, and units as part of our expanded Organizational Structure. This submission has been duly acknowledged by the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) ๐Ÿ“š. We have also initiated the process for assessing and gaining approval for another round of records disposal for the year 2023.
