The RTU-DOSTSCAN, in coordination with the DOST Scholarship Program, proudly presents PAHAM 2026, our annual gathering dedicated to promoting collaboration and strong community engagement among our SCHOLARS! ๐Ÿ’™

More than just a gathering, PAHAM 2026 will serve as a reorientation and academic-year briefing for all RTU-DOST Scholars, providing important updates, reminders, and guidance as we begin another year as DOST scholars. Our delegates enjoyed their final moments in South Cotabato, from the breathtaking Seven Falls to the serene beauty of Lake Sebu. ๐Ÿž๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ

As the final day of the NPSC comes to a close, our delegates leave not only with new knowledge, but with a renewed sense of purpose.

It reminded them that leadership begins with listening, grows through meaningful action, and finds its purpose in service. Every conversation, reflection, and shared experience challenged us to look beyond what is expected and ask what we can do to create real impact in our communities.

As Doc Jayeel said, โ€œDisrupt the script.โ€ โœจ The NPSC delegates are reminded to have the courage to challenge the usual, even when no one believes in them, to choose what truly matters, and instead of dwelling on the negatives, to find the strength to rewrite their own path forward. Because for every scholar willing to disrupt the script, there is an opportunity to create a better one.

From the scenic routes of Koronadal, South Cotabato, straight to the main stage, Day 1 of the National Patriot Scholars Congress (NPSC) 2026 has officially begun!

Our delegates kicked things off by channeling their inner Minions during the social night, followed by inspiring opening ceremonies and meaningful moments with fellow scholars from across the country.

Beyond the fun and excitement, Day 1 also reminded our delegates that great leadership begins with listening. By listening to others, understanding different perspectives, and learning from the communities they serve, scholars can become better leaders who lead with purpose and empathy.
