Huge congratulations to Sir Enrie for placing 2nd in the Outstanding PERAA Members 2026 – Administrative Staff Category! 💙

As Rizalian Ambassadors, we are very grateful to have witnessed your leadership, dedication, and commitment to the JRU community. Through the years, we’ve seen how you continue to lead not just through your role, but through the way you guide, support, and create opportunities for the people around you.

We are so proud to witness your journey and even prouder to celebrate this well-deserved achievement with you, Sir En!

Congratulations, and Husay Rizal! 💛

Congratulations to Enrico C. Rayos, JRU Student Recruitment Supervisor, for placing 2nd in The Outstanding PERAA Members 2026 – Administrative Staff Category! 💙💛

The recognition was presented at the 54th PERAA Anniversary Celebration and Awarding Ceremonies held at Baguio Country Club on September 11, 2026.

For Enrié, this milestone reflects years of serving the institution he calls home. From student leader to alumnus, mentor, marketer, and now Student Recruitment Supervisor, he has taken on different roles anchored on the same purpose: to serve, create meaningful experiences, and leave things better than he found them.

Through recruitment campaigns, institutional events, Agile projects, alumni initiatives, and partnerships, Enrié has helped turn ideas into experiences and sustainable systems. Behind these efforts are the everyday acts of mentoring, collaborating, improving, and choosing to show up for others.

His journey reflects the four pillars of Husay Rizal: Talino in finding better ways to work, Talento in bringing out the potential of others, Tatag in pushing forward through challenges, and Taos-puso in remembering why the work matters.

Perhaps Taos-puso best captures his story. JRU gave him opportunities to learn, lead, and grow, and he has spent much of his professional life creating those same opportunities for others.

From finding his place at JRU to helping the next generation of Rizalians find theirs, Enrié continues to pay it forward.

Same commitment. A bigger stage. Still paying it forward.

Your JRU community celebrates this achievement with you, Enrié. Husay Rizal!
