Center for Holistic Intervention Plans and Services (CHIPS) is offering HOME Programs and Teletherapy Services on Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Special Education Intervention (SpEd).

Teletherapy is the delivery of therapy services (occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and sped intervention) using information and communication technologies (ICT). Teletherapy is similar to traditional-in person therapy in terms of content, structure and quality. Teletherapy can bridge the physical distance between the families and their therapists. Through this service model, we will be able to provide necessary therapy services all while ensuring the safety and health of the kids and their families.

In line with the announcement of government , no movement starting this morning. CHIPS INC, Mandaluyong will be CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Let us just pray that this will soon be over..... stay home and take care!

Good morning Parents/Guardians !

This is to inform you that CHIPS Inc, Mandaluyong will still continue with the therapy and tutorial sessions. In response to the imposition of the community quarantine declared by the government, our sessions will only be held during WEDNESDAYS TO SATURDAYS. There will be no therapy sessions on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS until further notice. In line with this, we assure that strict sanitation and precautionary measures are being observed to protect everyone from acquiring/transmitting the virus.
We will be opening our center to ensure the continued progress of our clients. In order not to compromise everybody’s health, we ask for your cooperation to observe the ff. precautionary measures:

1. Parents/children/staff/teachers exhibiting flu-like symptoms, or symptoms related to COVID, will not be allowed to enter the facility. Kindly notify the management beforehand. We strictly recommend staying at home or seek medical help.

2. We will NOT be holding DYAD and GROUP sessions for the meantime until further notice

3. We encourage ONLY 1 CAREGIVER/PARENT to come to the center. Kindly drop your child in the center exactly at their scheduled time and strictly come back 5 minutes before the session for the feedback. If not, kindly stay in our area and practice social distancing.

4. Current policies regarding absences and make-ups will temporarily be WAIVED. Changes in schedule may be made during the lockdown period, and shall be announced by the management through text, call or social platform.

5. We encourage the children and teachers to observe proper hygiene before and after therapy sessions.

6. If possible, kindly bring your own materials (such as pencil, crayons) and own hygiene materials (such as soap, tissue, alcohol etc.)

In response to the community quarantine we will cut our working days to Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. We will not accept parents/caregivers/patients with cough,fever, diarrhea and those with history of travel and exposure to covid 19 patient.
