In the anticipation of the scheduled 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲 organized by 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗔, all faculty members and students are hereby informed that the 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 originally scheduled on the dates indicated in the official announcement 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱.

All concerned parties are enjoined to take note of the changes and make the necessary adjustments. Further instructions from respective department heads and course coordinators will be communicated accordingly.

More than 260 student-artists from the National Capital Region filled the streets of Iloilo City with rhythm, color, and cultural pride, launching NCR’s campaign at the 2026 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival: PAGSAULOG — Celebrating the Riches of Our Roots. Clad in finely crafted Barong Tagalogs, the delegation transformed the parade into a powerful showcase of Filipino heritage—standing strong alongside contingents from 18 regions across the country.

The procession culminated at West Visayas State University, where a grand opening ceremony marked the beginning of four days of artistic excellence and competition. Distinguished leaders, including Senator Loren Legarda, CHED Chairperson Shirley C. Agrupis, and NCAA Chairperson Eric B. Zerrudo, graced the event, affirming strong national support for arts and culture.

Representing NCR are seven institutions: Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Marikina Polytechnic College, National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, Philippine Normal University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Rizal Technological University, and Technological University of the Philippines.
NCR has arrived—not just to participate, but to lead, to represent, and to win.

March 24, 2026 — Rizal Technological University’s (RTU) Counseling and Assessment Services Unit (CASU) officially launched CASU Week at the SNAGAH Penthouse B with a high-level training session: "Seeing the Signs Before a Crisis: Su***de Prevention Protocol Training for Mental Health Gatekeepers."

The intensive program focused on equipping university leadership, including college deans, program heads, and faculty members, with the critical Psychological First Aid skills necessary to identify early warning signs of distress and implement life-saving intervention protocols within the RTU community.
