Majority of our employees are women around 95 percent and we are currently facing a roadblock which means that we are having a hard time hiring sewers nowadays. Most of them are stay at home moms and some sewer seek opportunities overseas. Thus, we are facing lack of sewers in the philippines which will become a big problem in the coming years.

One solution we are looking at is trying to adapt and allow work from home option to sewers, especially catered to female workers that are looking for opportunities that they can do at home while taking care of their families.

By providing them high speed sewing machines and lending them to sewers to work from home this would help our business strive and help women in the philippines to start living for the better and help them provide for their families.
