📢 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐍’𝐒 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

The College of Education Student Council regrets to inform applicants that a sudden change in the implementation of the Dean’s List eligibility requirements was communicated during the validation process. As a result, students with a grade of 2.25 in any subject are no longer eligible for recognition.

The Council initially processed applications based on the qualifications previously communicated and has raised concerns regarding applicants who had already completed and submitted their requirements prior to this change. However, the Council is bound to implement the eligibility standards as directed by the College administration.

We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologize to all affected applicants. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐒𝐂 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 | Auditor’s Opinions on Academic Organizations

As part of the CEDSC Transparency Report Initiative, we present a summary of the auditor’s opinions issued on the submitted financial and activity reports of our academic organizations. These opinions serve as an assessment of whether the reports were fairly presented based on the records and supporting documents examined.

This initiative aims to strengthen accountability, promote responsible financial management, and provide the student body with accessible information regarding organizational operations and resource utilization.

The auditor’s opinions reflect the results of an independent review of the documents and records submitted by each organization. These opinions help provide context on the reliability and completeness of the reports presented.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: An Unmodified Opinion indicates that the financial reports were fairly presented based on the records and evidence examined. However, it should not be interpreted as a certification that an organization operated without errors, fully complied with all policies and regulations, achieved the best value for money, or demonstrated overall organizational effectiveness.

Through transparency and informed participation, we continue to foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the College of Education.

Last May 11, 2026, the College of Education Student Council (CEDSC) participated in EMINENCE: Student Leaders’ Convergence 2026, a webinar that brought together student leaders, visionaries, and changemakers committed to purposeful leadership and meaningful service.

As representatives of the College of Education, the CEDSC remains committed to continuous learning, growth, and fostering leadership that transcends boundaries in pursuit of excellence and service.

📢 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐍’𝐒 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

To allow for further clarification and review of the Dean’s Lister eligibility criteria, the submission of hard copies of grades scheduled for tomorrow, June 23, 2026, will be temporarily postponed.

Submission will resume on June 24, 2026 (Wednesday), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a fair and transparent process for all applicants.

Through this initiative, we aim to create a space where voices are heard, experiences are valued, and diversity is celebrated. Selected submissions will be featured as quote cards on our page at the end of the month, closing the pride month celebration by helping spread messages of acceptance, inclusion, and respect.

In response to concerns raised by some students regarding their applications, the submission period for the Dean's Lister Application for 2nd semester is exceptionally extended 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬𝗻𝗻.

Students who have not yet submitted their requirements due to such circumstances are encouraged to complete their applications within the extended period.
