The 𝒀𝑬𝑺–𝑨𝑩𝑴 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 took part in this year’s 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, held on November 22, 23, and 29, with the drive to learn, adapt, and lead with purpose. Across three days of discussions, workshops, and team-building sessions at Manaoag National High School, our delegates strengthened their understanding of principled leadership—one anchored in 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, and 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆.✨

Throughout the training, our delegates engaged actively in discussions, team activities, and leadership talks that deepened our understanding of resilience, accountability, and student-led impact. While Sierra Madre was out there playing real-life 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 against Bagyong Uwan, our ABM students were running their own storm ops—dodging deadlines, juggling tasks, and proving that resilience isn’t measured in mountains; it’s measured in 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙮, 𝙡𝙤𝙬-𝙗𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝘼𝙄 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 🌧️🛡️

These wins didn’t come from luck or “plot armor”; they came from 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, and the 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲. They come from students who kept showing up—𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦. The kind who practiced, revised, coordinated, and tried again even when things got hectic. ⚡
