Tuloy parin ang pagkatuto sa pamamagitan ng ADM! ✨

Sa kabila ng suspensyon ng regular na klase, hindi napuputol ang pagkatuto ng ating mga mag-aaral. Sa pamamagitan ng Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM), patuloy silang nakikilahok sa mga learning activities mula sa kanilang tahanan.

Sa gabay ng ating mga g**o at sa walang sawang suporta ng mga magulang at tagapag-alaga, sama-sama nating sinisig**o na ang bawat bata ay patuloy parin sa pagkatuto.

Sa kabila ng pagsuspinde ng face-to-face classes bunsod ng epekto ng Habagat, patuloy pa rin ang pagkatuto ng ating mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM).

Ngayong araw, Martes, Agosto 18, 2026, ang ating mga mag-aaral ay patuloy na nagsasagawa ng kanilang mga learning activities sa kani-kanilang tahanan, sa gabay at suporta ng kanilang mga g**o at magulang.

Ang kaligtasan ng bawat mag-aaral ang ating pangunahing prayoridad, ngunit hindi ito hadlang upang magpatuloy ang pagkatuto saanman at anumang panahon. ✨

Maraming salamat sa ating mga magulang at guardians sa kanilang patuloy na pakikiisa at suporta sa pag-aaral ng mga bata. ❤️

Today, our learners continue their journey of learning through Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM).
Despite the badcweather due to Habagat , learning continues through flexible and appropriate learning modalities that help ensure that every learner remains connected to education.

Nutrition Month Celebration | Packed with Love, Shared with Joy

As part of our Nutrition Month Celebration, our learners actively participated in meaningful activities that promoted the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living. They brought healthy packed lunches prepared with love by their families and enjoyed their meals together, creating a heartwarming atmosphere of sharing, and kindness as they willingly shared their food with their classmates.

The learners also took part in a Poster Making Activity, where they expressed the significance of nutritious foods, fruits, and vegetables.

These activities reminded our learners that good nutrition is not only about eating healthy foods but also about developing positive values, creativity, and a caring spirit toward one another.

Together, we continue to nurture healthy minds, healthy bodies, and compassionate hearts—one healthy meal and one creative artwork at a time.

As part of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month celebration with the theme, "Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas," the Manabo Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), headed by SFO3 Jameson Mauricio and accompanied by FO1 Shan Guinid, conducted a Fire Safety Awareness and Preparedness Seminar.

The activity equipped participants with essential knowledge and practical skills on fire prevention and emergency response. Topics discussed included the different classes of fire, the proper identification and selection of the appropriate fire extinguisher for each type of fire, and the correct procedures for using fire extinguishers.

Participants also received a lecture on basic first aid and actively took part in a Bucket Brigade demonstration, highlighting teamwork and preparedness during fire emergencies.
The activity strengthened the participants' awareness and reinforced the importance of preparedness, cooperation, and prompt action in promoting a safer and more disaster-resilient community.

38th National Disaster Resilience Month Celebration

Theme: "Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas"

As part of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month celebration, Madago Elementary School conducted an Anti-Bullying Awareness Lecture in partnership with the Manabo Police Station, headed by Police Lieutenant Aaron Camaro Jr.

The activity aimed to educate learners on the importance of promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment. During the lecture, Police Lieutenant Aaron Camaro Jr. discussed the different forms of bullying, its harmful effects on victims, and the legal consequences of bullying. Learners were also encouraged to show kindness, respect one another, and immediately report incidents of bullying to teachers and school authorities.

The lecture served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen students' awareness of their rights and responsibilities, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and resilience in support of a peaceful and child-friendly learning environment.

At Madago Elementary School, the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and stakeholders remain our highest priority.

As part of our Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) program, we proudly present our updated School Hazard Map, Evacuation Plan, and the DepEd Guidelines on Class Suspensions. These materials are designed to help everyone become more prepared, informed, and ready to respond during emergencies such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rainfall, and other hazards.

Tree Planting for a Safer and More Resilient Future!

In support of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 with the theme, “NAGHAHANDA AT KUMIKILOS Tungo sa PANATAG na BAGONG PILIPINAS,” Madago Elementary School conducted a Tree Planting Activity as part of its Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Prevention and Mitigation initiatives.

Through the collective efforts of learners, and teachers, trees were planted to help protect the environment, reduce disaster risks, prevent soil erosion, and promote a greener and healthier community. This activity highlights the importance of environmental stewardship as a key strategy in building disaster-resilient communities.

Together, let us nurture not only trees but also a culture of preparedness, responsibility, and resilience for future generations.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 29, s. 2017, declaring the month of July as National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM), Madago Elementary School actively joins the celebration of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month with the theme:

“NAGHAHANDA AT KUMIKILOS Tungo sa PANATAG na BAGONG PILIPINAS.”

As part of the Philippine DRRM System's advocacy to strengthen awareness and preparedness, Madago Elementary School proudly posted the NDRM 2026 Tarpaulin as a symbol of our commitment to building a culture of resilience and disaster preparedness within the school and the community.
Together, let us continue to promote disaster risk reduction, preparedness, and collective action for a safer, stronger, and more resilient nation.
