Even when the classroom doors are closed, learning never stops!📚🏫🧑‍🏫

The San Jose Elementary successfully conducted the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)today as a substitute for the cancellation of face-to-face classes. Despite the suspension of regular classes, our learners remained engaged in their studies by working on the learning modules provided by their respective advisers.

Learners, together with the support and guidance of their parents or guardians, were actively accomplishing their assigned modules at home. This initiative ensured the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone during the prevailing weather conditions.

The school administration extends its appreciation to the dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and hardworking learners for their cooperation and commitment to making learning continue even during challenging circumstances.

The Provincial Government of Abra suspends onsite face-to-face classes in all public and private schools from Kindergarten to Senior High School on August 17, 2026, upon the recommendation of DepEd-Abra, to ensure the safety and well-being of learners and school personnel.

Schools are advised to implement Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM), when conditions permit, in accordance with DepEd guidelines.

This is pursuant to DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024, particularly Section 1, Article I, which provides for the suspension of in-person classes during disasters and emergencies while ensuring learning continuity through appropriate alternative delivery modalities.

AUGUST 2026 MOOE SUPPLIES | READY FOR USE🏫

The teachers of San Jose Elementary School gratefully received their supplies for August 2026, as reflected in the school’s Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)and funded through the MOOE.

The Orbit ceiling fans are part of the school’s proactive measures in preparation for the anticipated El Niño, helping provide a cooler and more comfortable learning environment for both learners and teachers.

The delivered supplies and equipment were inspected by the members of the Inspectorate Team to ensure that the items received are complete, in good condition, and compliant with the required specifications.

This initiative demonstrates responsible resource management, transparency, and commitment to the welfare of our learners and teachers.Every MOOE-funded resource is an investment toward quality education. 📚🌱

As classes resume amid the effects of the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Our School Head Sir Loreto A. Penalosa Jr., EdD conducted monitoring of attendance of learners, Classroom status, school grounds, School Facilitylirs, and the Gulayan sa Paaralan to ensure that the school environment remains safe, clean, orderly, and conducive to learning.

The monitoring reflects the school’s commitment to learner safety, preparedness, environmental stewardship, and continuous school improvement. Particular attention was given to the presence and safety of learners, the condition of school facilities and grounds, and the proper maintenance of the school garden.

Through proactive monitoring and vigilance, San Jose Elementary School continues to uphold its responsibility of providing a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment, especially during challenging weather conditions.
