In accordance with the advisory of the Provincial Government of Abra, face-to-face classes from Kindergarten to Senior High School in all public and private schools are suspended tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday).

The suspension is upon the recommendation of DepEd-Abra to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners and school personnel amid the prevailing weather conditions.

Learning continuity shall be ensured through Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM) in accordance with DepEd guidelines.

PAGASA forecasts occasional to frequent rains over Abra due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), with possible moderate to heavy rains that may cause flash floods or landslides.

Parents, learners, and the entire school community are reminded to remain vigilant, avoid unsafe areas, and continue monitoring official advisories.

This suspension is implemented upon the recommendation of DepEd-Abra to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners and school personnel amid the prevailing conditions.

In view of the suspension of face-to-face classes due to Tropical Storm “Maymay,” Manabo Pilot Elementary School is currently conducting the distribution of activity sheets to ensure that learning continues despite the inclement weather.
