Libo-o Primary School Celebrates 2026 National Nutrition Month

In solidarity with the nation, Libo-o Primary School successfully celebrated National Nutrition Month carrying the theme, “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!” and sub-theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”

Through classroom-integrated activities, including coloring contests, poster making, healthy recess sharing, short Zumba sessions, Nutri Costume and creative fruit and vegetable displays—learners gained practical knowledge on proper nutrition and environmental stewardship.

By embedding these activities into the curriculum, the school ensured uninterrupted instructional time while advocating for healthy lifestyles and quality education for all. 💚📚

Kudos to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and energetic pupils for making this celebration both educational and impactful! 🥗

LOCKDOWN DRILL | LIBO-O PRIMARY SCHOOL

In line with our commitment to ensuring a safe, secure, and disaster-resilient learning environment, Libo-o Primary School successfully conducted its Lockdown Drill, demonstrating the preparedness, cooperation, and vigilance of our young learners, teachers, and school personnel.

This activity aims to strengthen the school’s emergency response procedures and enhance awareness during potential security threats or emergency situations inside the school premises. Aside from our routine earthquake and fire drills, conducting regular lockdown drills helps us teach our pupils essential safety protocols like "Drop, Cover, and Hide" to build a true culture of safety, discipline, and resilience.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all our teachers, staff, pupils, supportive parents, and community partners whose active participation made this activity successful and meaningful.

📢 LIBO-O PRIMARY SCHOOL successfully conducted the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM. This is part of our unwavering commitment to promoting disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety of our young learners, dedicated teachers, and school personnel.

The activity highlighted the life-saving importance of the earthquake safety procedure: DROP, COVER, and HOLD ON, followed by a calm and orderly evacuation to our designated safe assembly area. Through this drill, our primary pupils and staff gained valuable experience and heightened awareness on how to respond effectively during earthquake emergencies.

Together, let us continue to build a culture of preparedness and resilience from the very start of our learners' education
