The QualiSafe Laboratory was established to capacitate researchers with expertise in the field of food science and technology, aquaculture and fisheries of Capiz State University so that the university, through its researchers and faculty members, can be supported to actively participate in research initiatives towards developing high-quality, safe, and nutritious food products.
The laboratory is equipped with instruments that could analyze the proximate composition, physico-chemical properties and microbiological properties of foods.
