Capiz State University (CAPSU) Burias Campus officially opened its 22nd University Day celebration on March 16 at the CAPSU Burias Gymnasium with the theme โ€œOne CAPSU: United in Purpose, Transforming Lives.โ€ The event is part of a simultaneous celebration across all CAPSU campuses. In a recorded message, University President Dr. Efren L. Linan emphasized the important role of students in helping achieve the universityโ€™s mission. The program also featured a keynote address from Dr. Roel F. Bermejo and an inspirational message from Marlon V. Ladia.

During the celebration, students who excelled in university, regional, and national competitions were recognized for bringing pride to the campus. In the afternoon, students from the College of Management and the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering presented innovative project proposals during the Pitching Innovation Expo. The day ended with campus games that encouraged camaraderie and strengthened school spirit as the week-long celebration continues.
