𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘: Pursuant to Proclamation 727 and Memorandum Circular No. 111 issued by the President of the Philippines, the Office of the College President announces the suspension of classes and office operations in all OMSC campuses on the following dates:

December 24 (Special Non-Working Day)
December 25 (Christmas Day)
December 29 (Non-Working Day)
December 30 (Rizal Day)
December 31 (Special Non-Working Day)
January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day)
January 2, 2026 (Non-Working Day)

Pursuant to President’s Advisory No. 28, classes and office operations in OMSC Mamburao are suspended on November 25, 2025 (Tuesday) due to Typhoon Verbena.

Likewise, all student transactions will not be accommodated temporarily by our office.
