Occidental Mindoro State College is pleased to announce that the 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 for the First Semester A.Y. 2025-2026 is extended from August 4-15, 2025.

Kindly ensure that all enrollment requirements are completed at the soonest possible time.

Reminders for APPROVAL of your requirements which is needed for ENROLLMENT:

1. For those who have received an e-mail stating that your Chest X-ray submission has been approved, please proceed to Admission Office for the submission of your original hard copies of your requirements.

For INCOMING 1ST YEAR students:
- Original and 1 photocopy of Final Report Card (signed by the principal)
- Original and 1 photocopy of Good moral (indicated that you graduated)
- 1 photocopy of PSA Birth certificate
- 2 pieces 2x2 ID picture with name tag
- 1 long brown envelope

For TRANSFEREE students:
- Transcript of Records from your previous school (evaluation or proof of request such as claim stub and receipt may be accepted temporarily)
- Honorable dismissal (proof of request such as claim stub and receipt may be accepted temporarily)
- 1 photocopy of PSA Birth certificate
- 2 pieces 2x2 ID picture with name tag

For RETURNEES:
- Verification slip from the Registrar's Office
- Lacking documents as per advised by the Registrar's Office

2. For those who have submitted the hard copies of their documents but don't have an Admission account and didn't take the College Entrance Test, your papers are currently ON HOLD and will not be processed for Enrollment.
3. Please bear with us when we cannot answer all the concerns and questions as we are prioritizing the approval of your documents needed for Enrollment.
