Espinola, a 4th Year BSBA Operations Management student of Occidental Mindoro State College – Mamburao Campus and President of the Junior Operations Executive Society, for representing the school at the The 9th International Conference on Future of Women 2026 held in Bali, Indonesia last February 9–10, 2026. 🌍✨

Organized by the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), the conference gathered more than 180 delegates from 37 countries, bringing together global activist, researchers, educators, and advocates committed to advancing gender equality and inclusive development.

Presenting their research on an international stage as a fourth-year student is truly an outstanding achievement.

She was guided and accompanied by Dr. Judy Agutaya Catalo, Program Chair of Operations Management and her thesis adviser, whose mentorship played a vital role in this success.

BSBA OM 1B Students Dominate DigiPub Competition, Win 1st Place and Special Awards at OMSC Mamburao Campus.

Three students from BSBA Operations Management 1B brought pride and honor to their program after bagging 1st Place in the recently concluded DigiPub Competition organized by the campus student publication.

The winning team composed of Ms. Cherry Joy Marcelino, Ms. Jealyn Flores, and Mr. Joross Yosuya showcased exceptional skills in digital publication, demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and technical excellence in their entry.

With the guidance and support of their adviser, Mr. Christian A. Altarejos, the group did not only secure the 1st place but also earned two major special awards: Best in Layout and Best Photo, further highlighting the overall quality and visual impact of their work.

The achievement is seen as a strong testament to the students’ dedication and the growing competence of BSBA Operations Management students in creative and academic competitions. Their victory reflects the program’s commitment to developing well-rounded learners who excel not only in management-related competencies but also in media, design, and communication.
