Today, we're celebrating more than just a win on the basketball court; we're celebrating the collective effort, passion, and dedication that brought us to this triumphant moment. It's not just the points scored or the baskets made; it's about teamwork, resilience, and sheer determination that propelled us forward. But we didn't achieve this victory alone. A.Alang sa umaabot nga Kindergarten nga mag edad 5 ka tuig taman October 31, 2023.
1. Filled-out Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (Anaay form nga pwede mapangayo sa eskwelahan).
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (kun mahimo PSA copy).
3. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion ECCD gikan sa Day Care Center.

B. Alang sa umaabot Grade I Learners
1. ECCD Checklist
2. Filled-out Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (Anaay form nga pwede mapangayo sa eskwelahan).
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (kun mahimo PSA copy) labi na sa mga TRANSFEREES.
4. Certificate of Completion (Kinder) labi na TRANSFEREES.

C. Alang sa mga TRANSFEREES (GRADES 2-6)
1. SF9- School Report Card
2. Filled-out Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (Anaay form nga pwede mapangayo sa eskwelahan).).
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

Palihug pagbisita sa atong eskwelahan aron makapangayo sa Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form. Mamahimo usab nga imessage kining atong fb page alang sa dugang kasayuran.
