Fatima College of Camiguin, Inc. successfully concluded its Math and Science Fair 2026 on March 17, 2026, spearheaded by the MathSci Club, uniting students in a vibrant celebration of knowledge, creativity, and discovery. The event served as a platform for learners to showcase their skills and deepen their understanding of scientific and mathematical concepts.

A highlight of the fair was the collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), which presented a series of engaging and informative exhibits. A student from Fatima College of Camiguin, Inc. (FCCI) proudly brought honor to the school after earning 2nd Place in Feature Writing – English during the Regional Schools Press Conference held in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.

Marina Claire Baruc showcased exceptional storytelling and journalistic skill, standing out among campus journalists from across the region. Her achievement highlights the growing excellence of FCCI in the field of campus journalism.

She was guided by her coach and School Paper Adviser, Vincent C. Ladra, LPT, whose mentorship played a vital role in preparing student journalists for the prestigious regional competition.

The accomplishment marks another proud milestone for FCCI, reflecting the dedication, talent, and passion of its young writers in the pursuit of journalistic excellence.
