This initiative aims to promote creativity, critical thinking, and active participation in the 𝟭𝟴-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, while providing students with a platform to showcase their talent and advocacy.

Submission of entries will run from 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, with absolutely no registration fee required. Students are encouraged to participate in any of the three categories, each offering an opportunity to highlight awareness, strengthen advocacy, and inspire action through visual and digital storytelling.

Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded to the top three winners in each category, to be facilitated through the Office of Student Discipline. We highly encourage all interested students to read and follow the complete guidelines to ensure the validity of their entries.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The administration informs everyone that classes, office work, and all campus activities will be suspended this afternoon following a bomb threat reported within the campus premises.

The incident was immediately coordinated with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Malvar and other concerned authorities. After a thorough inspection and clearing operations, the campus has been declared clear and safe.

However, for further security of all stakeholders, the administration continues to coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the continued safety of everyone inside the campus.

Accordingly, classes, office work, and all campus activities shall resume tomorrow, October 22, 2025.
We thank everyone for your cooperation, calmness, and understanding during the incident.

Rest assured that the safety and security of all students, personnel, and visitors remain our top priority.

📌Students are allowed to wear civilian attire, as long as the University’s dress code policy is strictly followed.

🚫 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗:

⛔Spaghetti-strapped, sleeveless, haltered, see-through blouses; midriffs; tube; backless; plunging necklines; cropped-tops;

⛔ Sandos/sleeveless shirts;

⛔ Skirts with slits reaching the upper thighs or micro-mini skirts;

⛔ Shorts or walking shorts;

⛔ Leggings or tights.

📌 All students are expected to observe proper decorum and modesty in their attire throughout the event. Violations may result in disciplinary action.

Any instance of cheating or dishonesty during examinations will result in disciplinary measures.

⚠️ 14.1 Use of mobile phones during examinations.
⚠️ 14.2 Talking with one another during examinations.
⚠️ 14.3 Assisting or dictating answers to fellow examinees.
⚠️ 14.4 Possession or passing of lecture notes or any materials during examination.
⚠️ 14.5 Receiving information from outside the examination room.
⚠️ 14.6 Facilitating leakage of examination materials.
⚠️ 14.7 Buying or selling of test questionnaires/papers or any portion thereof
⚠️ 14.8 Copying from or allowing another to copy from one’s examination paper.
⚠️ 14.9 Use of improvised/covert means/devices to cheat.
⚠️ 14.10 Having somebody else take the examination.
⚠️ 14.11 Passing another’s work as one’s own.
⚠️ 14.12 Asking another to attend symposium/seminar in one’s behalf
⚠️ 14.13 Plagiarism in academic work
⚠️ 14.14 Misdeeds “caught in the act” or reported by any member of the community.
