Vaccination Status Updating at the Student Portal

As a part of the preparation for the limited face to face classes, all students are encouraged to update your vaccination status through your student portal.

1. Upload your vaccination card (2nd dose and booster shot (if available))
2. Save (to your mobile phones) or print the unique QR code from your student portal, which will serve as your entry pass when visiting university premises.
3. Fill out the health declaration form available in your student portal, 30 minutes before entering your respective campus.
4. Follow the minimum health and safety protocols imposed by the University.
