All interested graduating students are encouraged to take advantage of this extended deadline and submit complete, organized, and valid application requirements on or before 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

An online orientation meeting will also be conducted to guide applicants on the award guidelines, selection criteria, point system, and proper preparation of supporting documents.

In light of the continuously rising heat index, the University Student Council of Batangas State University has officially announced the 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. • Caps/hats inside buildings and classrooms
• Patched and/or torn clothing
• Improper, vulgar, or offensively-designed clothing
• Spaghetti-strapped, sleeveless, haltered, see-through blouses, midriffs, tube backless, and plunging necklines
• Sando/sleeveless shirts
• Micro-mini skirts and skirts with slits reaching the upper thighs
• Shorts and walking shorts
• Low waist or hip-hugging pants, leggings, or tights
• Heavy make-up and make-up for males
• Flashy hairstyles and loud hair color
• Earrings for males
• Tattoos with vulgar design or undertone
• Cross-dressing

All students are enjoined to exercise proper judgment in their choice of attire. Let us uphold the standards of decency and discipline that define us as Spartans.

The Office of Student Discipline (OSD) hereby advises all students of Batangas State University, The National Engineering University- JPLPC Malvar Campus that the wearing of proper civilian attire is permitted starting tomorrow, as the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 for the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 have officially concluded.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The administration informs everyone that classes, office work, and all campus activities will be suspended this afternoon following a bomb threat reported within the campus premises.

The incident was immediately coordinated with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Malvar and other concerned authorities. After a thorough inspection and clearing operations, the campus has been declared clear and safe.

However, for further security of all stakeholders, the administration continues to coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the continued safety of everyone inside the campus.

Accordingly, classes, office work, and all campus activities shall resume tomorrow, October 22, 2025.
We thank everyone for your cooperation, calmness, and understanding during the incident.

This advisory, dated 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, addresses the topic of 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

📅 The 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 is set to take place from 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

All students are reminded of the strict enforcement of the University’s regulations concerning 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, as outlined in 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟰 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸.

Any instance of cheating or dishonesty during examinations will result in disciplinary measures.

🚨𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 (𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟰.𝟭–𝟭𝟰.𝟭𝟰):

⚠️ 1st offense: Grade of zero (0) in the test/exam/requirement and one-day (1) suspension
⚠️ 2nd offense: Failure in the subject or academic requirement and three-day (3) suspension.
⚠️ 3rd offense: Failure in the subject or academic requirement and non-readmission.

⛔ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 (𝟭𝟰.𝟭 – 𝟭𝟰.𝟭𝟰):

⚠️ 14.1 Use of mobile phones during examinations.
⚠️ 14.2 Talking with one another during examinations.
⚠️ 14.3 Assisting or dictating answers to fellow examinees.
⚠️ 14.4 Possession or passing of lecture notes or any materials during examination.
⚠️ 14.5 Receiving information from outside the examination room.
⚠️ 14.6 Facilitating leakage of examination materials.
⚠️ 14.7 Buying or selling of test questionnaires/papers or any portion thereof
⚠️ 14.8 Copying from or allowing another to copy from one’s examination paper.
⚠️ 14.9 Use of improvised/covert means/devices to cheat.
⚠️ 14.10 Having somebody else take the examination.
⚠️ 14.11 Passing another’s work as one’s own.
⚠️ 14.12 Asking another to attend symposium/seminar in one’s behalf
⚠️ 14.13 Plagiarism in academic work
⚠️ 14.14 Misdeeds “caught in the act” or reported by any member of the community.

🚨𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟰.𝟭𝟱 — 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁:

⚠️ Sanction: Four-day (4) suspension to non-readmission
⛔ Applies when a student aids or abets cheating even if not a member of the class.

📌 Let us uphold honesty, integrity, and discipline during examinations. Strict monitoring will be implemented, and violations will not be tolerated.
