REQUIREMENTS:
> At least 85% Final Grade in Science and Mathematics for STEM
> At least 85% Final Grade in Mathematics for ABM
> At least 85% General Average for GAS
> Report Card (Form 138)
> Photocopy of Birth Certificate (Preferably PSA Certified)
> Photocopy of Vaccination Card
> Certificate of Transfer/Good Moral Certificate for Transferees
