Through Municipal Ordinance No. 2016-087-12 – Barangay Workers Protection Ordinance of 2016, Barangay Day Care Workers are protected from politically motivated forced leave or termination from service before, during, and after elections.
This is more than an ordinance—it is a commitment to protect our ECCD Workers, uphold their service, and ensure that they can continue doing what they do best: caring for and nurturing our children. 💚
