These activities support the continued performance and reliability of the University's Higher Education Information Management System.

Have you uploaded your required information for ID printing in your HEIMS Student Portal? To ensure a smooth process of ID printing and avoid rejected uploads, please follow these essential guidelines for your Profile Image and E-Signature.
1. Profile Photo Requirements
Your photo is your official record image. Keep it professional!
✅ DO: Front-facing, passport-style, plain white background, and appropriate attire.
❌ DON'T: No selfies, no filters, no group photos, and no blurry/low-quality shots.
2. E-Signature Requirements
Make sure your signature is clear and properly formatted.
✅ DO: Save as PNG format with a transparent background. Use dark ink (Black/Blue).
❌ DON'T: Do not use JPGs with solid backgrounds or screenshots of your signature. Avoid using decorative digital fonts.
