Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, samahan sina Osto at Tala sa pagbabalik-tanaw sa mga paboritong meryenda, laruan, at larong nagbigay-saya noon at patuloy na nagbibigay-saya hanggang ngayon!

At mas masaya ang pagbabalik-tanaw dahil maaari nating maranasan muli ang ilan sa mga ito!

SCHOOL SCHEDULE UPDATE

Due to the recent flooding, our school is still undergoing cleaning and preparation and is not yet fully ready for the resumption of face-to-face classes.

For Monday, August 24, classes will be conducted online as we continue to ensure that our school facilities are safe and ready for our students and teachers.

We will resume face-to-face classes on Tuesday, August 25.

Please also take note of the updated schedule of activities and Term 1 Examinations, adjusted due to the recent class suspensions:

August 24 – Online Classes
August 25 – Resumption of Face-to-Face Classes
August 28 – Buwan ng Wika Celebration
August 31 – National Heroes Day | No Classes
September 9–11 – Term 1 Examinations

Yaman ng Pilipinas sa Digital na Panahon

Ang ating kasaysayan at kultura ay mas napapalapit sa atin sa tulong ng teknolohiya. Mula sa mga virtual museum hanggang sa digital archives at e-books, mas marami tayong paraan upang tuklasin at pahalagahan ang yaman ng kulturang Pilipino.

Kasama sina Osto at Tala, alamin kung paano nagiging daan ang teknolohiya upang mas maraming Pilipino ang matuto at makilala ang ating kultura.

Hamon ni Tala: Tumungo sa isang virtual museum at tuklasin ang isang bahagi ng kulturang Pilipino. Ano ang bago mong natutuhan?

REMEMBERING NINOY AQUINO | AUGUST 21

Today, SMA joins the nation in remembering Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. and his courage to stand for what he believed was right.

His words remind us that courage begins with the choice to act when we have the opportunity to make a difference.

“I will never be able to forgive myself, if I have to live with the knowledge that I could have done something and I did not do anything.”

May his legacy inspire our SMAers to choose courage, stand for what is right, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

ONLINE CLASSES UPDATE | AUGUST 19, 2026

Today’s weather conditions continue to pose challenges, and the safety of our SMA community remains our priority.

In view of the Red Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA, online classes will conclude at 12:00 noon today, and afternoon online classes will not be held.

We thank our learners, parents, and teachers for their understanding, cooperation, and continued commitment to learning. Please stay safe and continue to monitor our official channels for updates.

Online classes for August 20 will resume should conditions and official advisories allow.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | Online Classes

Due to the expected inclement weather and flooding in nearby areas, including the vicinity of our school, classes will be conducted online tomorrow, August 19, 2026.

Learners will follow the Tuesday–Thursday class schedule and are reminded to use the same class link and follow the Guidelines for Online Classes.

For learners who may experience power interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or other difficulties that may affect their participation, please send an email to your Class Adviser so we can be informed and extend the necessary assistance as much as we can.

Ang responsableng paggamit ng AI ay nangangahulugang ginagamit natin ito bilang katuwang sa pagkatuto, habang ginagamit pa rin ang sariling pag-iisip.

Kasama sina Osto at Tala, kilalanin din natin sina Manuel L. Quezon, Lope K. Santos, at Francisco Balagtas, na nag-iwan ng mahalagang ambag sa ating wika at panitikan.
